You can adjust the number of hooks and arms at any time to meet changing production requirements. Removing arms or retrofitting or moving them is a matter of minutes thanks to the bus cabling of the Pick-By-Light controllers.
You can not only change the number of arms and hooks. You can also adjust the height and angle of the support arms at any time to optimize the ergonomics of your production.
The 30 mm tube structure of the support arms in the item Lean Production Building Kit System gives you a stable basis for individual extensions that can be tailored to the pre-products being processed.
The chassis of the Vario Trolley is designed for a load capacity of 250 kg, the individual arms for 25 kg each. A ballast on the chassis frame gives the Vario Trolley tremendous stability against tipping, even when a full load of long strands swings onto its side.
A Leanpick signal head is built into each hook. These signal heads are characterized by the high luminosity of the signal lights. The buttons have a short stroke and are extremely smooth-running. Employees do not feel that pressing the button to confirm the removal of a wire is an additional workload. The signal heads are so robust that they can withstand years of rough handling when hanging heavy strands and the hardest of button presses.
The control computer of the VarioTrolley with Kabelassistent communicates via WLAN to ensure that the Pick-By-Light system is mobile. The Pick-By-Light system gets its power from an 18 V sliding tool battery. We offer you a choice of battery systems from Makita, Bosch or Metabo, so you probably already have a charging infrastructure that you can also use for the Vario Trolley. A new 6 Ah battery supplies the Pick-By-Light system with power for around 20 hours.
